Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in volume recruiting environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and fill the same roles repeatedly
• Experience using Ashby or similar ATS platforms for recruiting workflows
• Strong project management skills with experience in intake meetings and calibration sessions
• Process-oriented mindset with a track record of streamlining recruiting operations
