Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including talent mapping and compensation guidance
• Source candidates through various channels and maintain a robust talent pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the interview process and provide candidate assessments

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Strong negotiation skills and market insight
• Experience in an agency/search firm or highly matrixed business environment preferred
• Resourceful with strong analytical skills
