Job Summary

A company is looking for a recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the high-volume recruiting process for non-exempt roles using multiple sourcing methods and managing data in the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, schedule interviews, and set hiring expectations
  • Partner with HR to ensure compliance with hiring practices and navigate compensation and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or GED with 6 years of experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Understanding of OFCCP, EEOC, and federal/state employment laws
  • Experience in talent acquisition projects
