Job Summary
A company is looking for a recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the high-volume recruiting process for non-exempt roles using multiple sourcing methods and managing data in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, schedule interviews, and set hiring expectations
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with hiring practices and navigate compensation and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or GED with 6 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in high-volume recruiting
- Understanding of OFCCP, EEOC, and federal/state employment laws
- Experience in talent acquisition projects
