Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Remote, U.S.) to support talent acquisition efforts across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
  • Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a fair assessment and selection process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity
  • Experience in developing collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
  • Results-driven with a focus on accomplishing tasks and goals
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing and ambiguous scenarios
