Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain organized candidate pipelines using ATS tools

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven ability to source and close candidates across diverse functions
• Experience in managing new hire onboarding programs
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment and onboarding tasks simultaneously
• Proficient with ATS tools and comfortable using collaboration software like Notion and Slack
