Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and post job ads while reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Schedule interviews and skills tests, conducting interviews via Zoom
• Maintain the recruiting database and assist management with personnel issues and training workshops

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring; international recruiting experience is a plus
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet
• Passion for recruitment and human resources
• Outgoing and friendly disposition
