Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sourcing and talent mapping
  • Experience filling hard-to-fill or niche roles across multiple industries
  • Familiarity with US employment practices and experience hiring for US-based roles
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, and ability to work in a US time zone (PST)
