Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting process for assigned roles from start to finish
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective and equitable interview processes

Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in the tech and/or risk industry is strongly preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable advocate for DEI best practices in recruiting
- Self-motivated and accountable
