Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter responsible for end-to-end candidate sourcing and initial screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job postings and proactive outreach
• Utilize recruitment tools to identify and match qualified talent to job openings
• Support candidate onboarding and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Required: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or a related role
• Preferred experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of engaging top talent using sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of Legal Technology and AI as it pertains to legal software is a plus
