Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, cold-calling, and networking
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline and collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
  • Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and document employment recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face-to-face
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
