Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support its growing team and enhance the hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, from kick-off through offer and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build interview plans
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using various platforms


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering quality experiences
  • Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ashby
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Comfortable using recruiting analytics to inform decisions and communicate pipeline health
