Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent team and support hiring across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Develop effective hiring plans in collaboration with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Build and improve recruiting infrastructure, including workflows and metrics tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a startup
  • Proven ability to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with diverse functions and seniority levels in recruiting
  • Interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency
