Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent team and support hiring across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop effective hiring plans in collaboration with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a startup

- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with diverse functions and seniority levels in recruiting
- Interest in utilizing AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency
