Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Human Capital Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings and candidate offers
• Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies while maintaining a talent pipeline
• Screen and interview candidates, facilitating the job offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of related experience in recruiting or Human Resources
• Experience in internal or agency recruiting
• Proficient in using HR technologies, including Workday HRIS
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
