Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various tools and techniques
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools
• Experience recruiting for technology or healthcare-related positions is a plus
• Previous experience with diverse recruiting initiatives is highly preferred
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations in recruitment
