• Drive the recruiting process efficiently while ensuring a diverse talent pool
• Support high-volume recruitment needs for Contact Centers and manage multiple classes simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of recruiting experience
• Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes
• Class hiring and high-volume experience preferred
• Workday recruiting experience preferred
