Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attract, source, and screen candidates through job boards and the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair assessment practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the industrial/warehouse industry
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Results-driven with a focus on accomplishing tasks and goals
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Adaptable to changing and ambiguous scenarios
