Job Summary

To support a growing fintech startup, the remote Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting, focusing on outbound sourcing and talent engagement to build high-performing teams across various functions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer and closing
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and refine recruiting operations
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
  • Proven success in hiring sales and go-to-market talent
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting processes is preferred
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
