Job Summary

Joining the Craft Recruiting team, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for craft, technician, and power plant outage staff, supporting large outage schedules and ensuring effective staffing for high-volume projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess position goals and requirements for effective recruitment
  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract a qualified and diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Prescreen candidates and recommend suitable applicants to hiring managers based on detailed position requirements
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in agency and corporate settings
  • Technical knowledge in the Energy, Engineering, Industrial, and/or Construction sectors
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of business functions, focusing on hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment activities
  • Strong understanding of EEO, AA, and OFCCP compliance regulations
