Job Summary

To support a growing health tech company, the full-time Remote Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance the employer brand to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Enhance the employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the tech or healthcare sectors
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment
