Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle hiring across various functions, the remote Recruiter will proactively build talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, and enhance recruiting processes within a collaborative People Ops team.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting execution across technical, GTM, operational, and leadership hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy, role calibration, and interview process design
  • Build proactive sourcing pipelines and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications
  • A few years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes end-to-end
  • Exposure to adtech, programmatic, or media-tech recruiting
  • Comfort recruiting across both GTM and technical functions
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and workflows, such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
