Job Summary

Motivated and results-driven, the full-time Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers in Worcester, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Post jobs on job boards, social media, and professional networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
