Job Summary
To support a dynamic recruitment team, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry- to mid-level positions across various departments, focusing on sourcing diverse talent and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end full cycle recruiting, including resume screening, candidate interviews, and final selection recommendations
- Consult with hiring managers on position requirements, compensation strategies, and recruitment best practices
- Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and networking
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialized job boards
- Proven ability to manage a requisition load while maintaining quality and communication
- Experience in improving or implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Motivated to create a diverse candidate slate and build equitable recruitment processes
