Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage recruitment for the sales team, build relationships with hiring managers, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit across an assigned region for the sales team while becoming a subject matter expert on roles and market
- Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Collaborate with the Talent team and onboarding team to finalize the offer process and maintain candidate records
Required qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
