Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting across an assigned region, developing relationships with hiring managers, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit for sales positions by utilizing innovative strategies to build a pipeline of quality candidates
- Screen resumes and manage the hiring process from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
- Collaborate with the Talent team and ensure compliance with legal standards in recruiting practices
Required qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the construction or similar operations industries
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
