Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage recruitment across an assigned region, develop relationships with hiring managers, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit for sales positions by developing relationships with managers and understanding their hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring compliance with legal standards
  • Collaborate with the Talent and onboarding teams to finalize the offer process and maintain candidate records
Required qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
