Job Summary

To support a Fortune 500 organization, the contract Recruiter will source healthcare talent, manage requisitions, and communicate with hiring managers while working remotely during CST or EST hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing healthcare talent through various platforms including Indeed and LinkedIn
• Managing requisitions and full life cycle recruitment processes
• Providing weekly and monthly reporting on recruitment activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Taleo preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multitask based on business needs
• Strong communication skills with hiring managers and field leadership
