Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote full-time Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates while collaborating with department managers to fulfill hiring needs and promote the company's reputation as a top employer.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using various platforms, including social media and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
• Onboard new employees and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Experience in recruiting preferred, but not required
• Solid understanding of various interviewing techniques
• Strong decision-making abilities
