Job Summary
Managing a large recruitment load, the full-time in-house Recruiter will consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, utilize advanced tools to source and engage candidates, and lead junior recruiters while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure compliance
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools to optimize the sourcing, screening, and engagement of candidates
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and complex recruitment challenges
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
- Strong client-facing recruiter background with consulting skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a large workload
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments
- Experience in negotiating offers and ensuring competitive compensation packages
