Job Summary

Passionate about recruitment, the full-time Recruiter will draft job ads, screen candidates, and conduct interviews while working remotely and maintaining a 40-hour workweek from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct interviews via Zoom
• Maintain and update data in the recruiting database while ensuring confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
• Reliable workstation with a fast computer and stable internet connection
