Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the fully remote Recruiter will develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical roles, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and maintain a pipeline of clinician candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for various clinical roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including applicant reviews and offer negotiations
  • Utilize ATS to manage data integrity and optimize recruitment processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, Organizational Development, or similar discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume clinical recruitment
  • Healthcare background is ideal
