Recruiter

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the contract Recruiter will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage job postings, and liaise with hiring managers and external recruiting sources to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage internal and external job postings to maximize candidate reach
• Serve as the primary liaison with recruiting sources and maintain strong relationships with talent pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications
