Job Summary
Supporting talent acquisition efforts remotely, the full-time Recruiter will source and engage qualified candidates, partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, and manage applicant flow to ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Key responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for various roles within the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and college recruiting events while managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience
- 4+ years of experience in a staffing or recruitment role
- Deep understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS tools, and Workday ATS
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
