Job Summary
Supporting internal talent acquisition across the Americas, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and offer management, while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leading full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Managing a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed
- Building proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries, including technology and manufacturing
- Strong candidate-facing experience with the ability to manage recruiting end-to-end
- Professional proficiency in English
