Job Summary
To support hiring activities across U.S. operations, the full-time remote Recruiter will identify, attract, and advance top candidates through the hiring process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain active candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach across various recruiting platforms
- Complete 30 candidate screens weekly and present high-quality candidates aligned with company values
- Manage up to 15 open requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely recruitment and positive candidate experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective interaction with U.S.-based candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work full-time with significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as needed
