Job Summary
Accountable for full life cycle recruiting, the full-time Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates for various positions across multiple industries while working remotely from Vancouver, BC.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting for direct hire and temp-to-hire roles across diverse sectors
- Manage candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with a Canadian recruiting team and U.S.-based colleagues for knowledge sharing and mentorship
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or professional capacity
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining team connections
