Job Summary

Accountable for full life cycle recruiting, the full-time Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates for various positions across multiple industries while working remotely from Vancouver, BC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for direct hire and temp-to-hire roles across diverse sectors
• Manage candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with a Canadian recruiting team and U.S.-based colleagues for knowledge sharing and mentorship

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or professional capacity
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining team connections
