Job Summary
Acting as a Talent Advisor to the AMER Field Operations Team, the full-time Associate Recruiter will engage talent, drive the recruitment process for various roles, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Engage and lead the full hiring process for diverse roles within the Field Operations organization
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams to create balanced candidate pipelines and fill current openings
- Champion the hiring process to ensure a consistent and outstanding candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience across various positions and teams
- Demonstrable experience recruiting for fast-paced environments, such as software companies or start-ups
- Experience in direct sourcing of hard-to-find skill sets
- Solid understanding of ATS tools, with Greenhouse experience being a bonus
- Ability to establish relationships through phone, email, and social media channels
