Job Summary

Acting as a Talent Advisor to the AMER Field Operations Team, the full-time Associate Recruiter will engage talent, drive the recruitment process for various roles, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and lead the full hiring process for diverse roles within the Field Operations organization
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams to create balanced candidate pipelines and fill current openings
• Champion the hiring process to ensure a consistent and outstanding candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across various positions and teams
• Demonstrable experience recruiting for fast-paced environments, such as software companies or start-ups
• Experience in direct sourcing of hard-to-find skill sets
• Solid understanding of ATS tools, with Greenhouse experience being a bonus
• Ability to establish relationships through phone, email, and social media channels
