Job Summary
Full life cycle recruiting for various positions, the remote full-time Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair assessment process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets
- Attract and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain equitable selection practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Action-oriented with a sense of urgency and high energy
- Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in changing scenarios
