Job Summary
Managing the entire recruitment process, the full-time Recruiter will actively source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely within Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to clarify needs and create structured job briefs
- Develop job postings and actively promote them across various channels, including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Manage the candidate pipeline in the ATS, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to final offer
Required qualifications
- Several years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Tech or EdTech sectors
- Proven success in active sourcing, particularly on LinkedIn
- In-depth understanding of recruiting channels and data management
- Structured and independent working style with strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English
