Job Summary

Managing the entire recruitment process, the full-time Recruiter will actively source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely within Germany.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to clarify needs and create structured job briefs
  • Develop job postings and actively promote them across various channels, including LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Manage the candidate pipeline in the ATS, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to final offer
Required qualifications
  • Several years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Tech or EdTech sectors
  • Proven success in active sourcing, particularly on LinkedIn
  • In-depth understanding of recruiting channels and data management
  • Structured and independent working style with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English
