Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, interface with all organizational levels, and implement strategic staffing plans to attract high-quality talent aligned with company culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including cold calling and closing candidates
- Interface with management to coach on interviewing techniques and oversee the employment requisition process
- Conduct targeted searches for passive job seekers and coordinate job postings with external agencies
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required
- 3-8 years of proven recruiting experience in a corporate or third-party environment, preferably in construction/heavy equipment
- Knowledge of employment law and acceptable hiring practices
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
