Job Summary

Owning the full hiring lifecycle, the hybrid remote Recruiter will manage 10 to 12 open requisitions, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, and actively source candidates while ensuring an equitable and inclusive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple open requisitions, ensuring clear communication at every stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on sourcing strategies and interview processes
  • Actively source candidates through various channels and maintain a healthy pipeline for current and near-term openings
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology environment
  • Proficiency in an ATS platform, with Jobvite experience being a plus
  • Working knowledge of ADP or a comparable HRIS for offer and onboarding coordination
  • Experience in drafting and refining job descriptions that accurately reflect the role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
