Job Summary

To support an aerospace client, the part-time hybrid Call Center Services Representative will provide Tier 1 HR Help Desk support across multiple channels, handling inquiries related to HR, payroll, and employee lifecycle while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage difficult interactions with professionalism and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Execute back-office HR tasks in accordance with company policies and compliance standards
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives leveraging AI and automation tools
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in an HR shared services or call center environment
  • Proficiency with AI-driven chat bots, voice assistants, and RPA solutions
  • Utilization of case-management or ticketing systems in a high-volume support setting
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
