Job Summary

Leading recruitment efforts, the contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions and source candidates while working remotely from Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting in collaboration with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners
• Source and engage candidates through various channels, screening for technical and cultural fit
• Build talent pipelines and develop proactive recruiting strategies to address future hiring needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in both agency and corporate environments
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Taleo Enterprise Edition is a plus
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities
