Job Summary

Managing multiple high-priority searches, the full-time Recruiter will conduct full-cycle recruiting, utilizing AI tools and market research to enhance candidate engagement and streamline the hiring process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute multiple active searches across various levels, partnering closely with Hiring Managers
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-assisted tools to develop sourcing strategies and market maps
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and representation of the company's brand
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in an executive search firm, startup, or tech company
  • Proven experience in sourcing and research, including proficiency with LinkedIn Boolean search strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and present information clearly to stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows and critical evaluation of their outputs
