Job Summary

Managing the full candidate lifecycle, the remote Recruiter will oversee recruitment for Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success roles, while driving process improvements and collaborating with internal teams across LATAM and EMEA regions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to enhance the hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Own the full candidate lifecycle for various roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Develop sourcing strategies in partnership with internal clients to meet current and future hiring needs

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with sourcing candidates through social media and networking
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior-level stakeholders
