Job Summary

To support the People Operations team, the temporary Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Source and attract candidates through various channels and platforms
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to select the best candidates

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and strategies
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
