Job Summary

Supporting the hiring efforts of a dynamic organization, the full-time Recruiter will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and LinkedIn
• Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule interviews and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields
• 1-5 years of experience sourcing technical roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
