Job Summary

To support a growing Go-to-Market organization, the full-time remote Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and leverage innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and deliver a high-quality hiring experience
  • Track and analyze recruiting data to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment
  • Experience recruiting across Go-to-Market functions, particularly in Sales and Customer roles
  • Comfort with AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies and improve recruiting effectiveness
  • Experience working in an ATS, with familiarity with Ashby preferred
  • Strong stakeholder-facing presence and relationship-building skills
