To support multiple departments, the full-time Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for a remote opportunity, focusing on sourcing and hiring talent in a rapidly evolving oral surgery company.

Key responsibilities

• Recruiting staff for various departments within the organization
• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth hiring process

Required qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare (training available for the right candidate)
• Familiarity with dental practices is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
