Job Summary
Owning full-cycle hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, the full-time Recruiter will proactively source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and identify recruitment gaps in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles
- Proactively build candidate pipelines and address recruiting gaps
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and streamline the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech or crypto/Web3 environment
- Proven ability to hire for both technical and non-technical positions
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS, preferably Ashby
- Ability to operate independently and connect work to organizational goals
- Clear communication skills with both hiring managers and candidates
