Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the part-time Recruiter will maintain a pipeline of candidates, conduct interviews, and qualify applicants while meeting weekly quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person to assess candidate suitability
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion for recruiting
